Requirements and responsibilities

Hi! I’m Wilson. I work with a wide range of clients in the car marketing space, helping them generate more leads, drive more sales, and scale profitably. I’m looking for a driven, strategic Funnel Manager who understands how to build, test, and optimize marketing funnels that deliver 10x ROI. What You'll Do: - Design and test funnels to optimize conversions and purchases. - Drive targeted traffic to quickly validate or disprove funnel hypotheses. - Iterate and scale, repeating the process until we hit profitability and consistent growth. - Lead and manage a support team to execute marketing and project management tasks. - Improve existing campaigns and launch new initiatives from scratch. Your Skills & Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of these concepts and platforms: - Facebook Ads - Google Ads - WordPress (for landing pages and sites) - Email drip campaigns (nurturing and converting leads) - Data & reporting (Google Sheets, dashboards, analytics) - Basic copywriting (writing persuasive, clear, and targeted messaging) - Basic design skills (for ads, creatives, landing pages) - Zoho CRM & Zoho Projects (or similar CRMs and project management tools) Who You Are: - Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. - Analytical and data-driven; you love testing and improving based on real numbers. - Experienced in managing and collaborating with teams. - Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. - Curious, growth-minded, and always looking for ways to improve results.
