In this end-to-end role, you will manage and optimize personalized marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention. Using your expertise in lifecycle marketing, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling copy, design engaging visuals, and leverage data to optimize campaign performance.What you'll doDesign, execute, and optimize automated and manual marketing campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS using tools like Clevertap, Braze, Moengage, or Klaviyo.Create persuasive, on-brand copy for all lifecycle touchpoints to drive customer engagement and retention.Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.Manage campaign scheduling, A/B testing, and segmentation to maximize performance.Analyze customer behavior and campaign results to optimize strategies for improved engagement and retention.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across customer touchpoints and lifecycle stages.Who you are2-3 years of experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing, preferably in a startup environment.Proven experience with marketing automation tools like Clevertap, Braze, Webengage, Moengage, or Klaviyo.Strong copywriting and design collaboration skills.Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, A/B testing, and segmentation.Proficient in data analysis, using insights to optimize campaign performance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
