As the Senior Vice President of Alma’s Operations team, you will play a critical role in leading the team, driving technological innovation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. You will provide strategic leadership to our Operations team, which includes our Customer Experience, Member Success, Customer Enablement, Credentialing, Eligibility, Claims, and Member Onboarding teams. This role reports directly to our CEO. Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our Operations team - Set clear goals, foster a positive work culture, and inspire team members to deliver high-quality work - Encourage collaboration, creativity, and innovation among team members - Leverage your expertise in technology to provide strategic insights and solutions - Collaborate closely with executive leadership, product & engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders - Drive cross-functional collaboration by fostering effective communication, mutual understanding, and shared accountability - Uphold and promote the company's values including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
