About Advision DevelopmentAdvision Development is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with several years of hands-on SEO experience, particularly with WordPress or similar content management systems, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools to optimize and scale SEO efforts.You’ll work closely with a Sr SEO Specialist to explore ways to leverage AI for various technical and content SEO initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and increase conversionsConduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and competitor analysisOptimize and publish content using WordPress or other CMS platformsCollaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices and site improvementsLeverage AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, etc.)Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO toolsStay current with SEO and AI trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practicesQualifications:4+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)Proven experience working with WordPress or other major CMS platformsDemonstrated ability to use AI-powered tools to support SEO strategiesSolid understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO principlesProficient with standard SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Experience with schema markup, site migrations, or international SEOFamiliarity with HTML/CSS basicsExperience working with cross-functional teams (content, design, development)Salary Range65K – 75K/yr
