Key Responsibilities - Serve as the central point of coordination for client operations and internal task management. - Manage shared inboxes, scheduling, and light client communications as needed. - Oversee client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time. - Track and manage client-related tasks across all stages of the client lifecycle. - Support contract management, proposals, and client documentation. - Collect, organize, and maintain client data for reporting and ongoing records.
