You'll develop a standalone payments-focused business within Genesis, shaping solutions that power growth at scale.The range of tasks:Internal Payments Consulting - optimize and streamline payment operations across businesses;Payment Infrastructure Performance - enhance efficiency and scalability;Risk Guidance & Management - proactively mitigate financial risksBusiness Development: market analysis of payment providers, searching for opportunities to expand and diversify the portfolio of payment methods and negotiate with payment providers & international banks;Regulatory Monitoring - stay ahead of industry changes;Strategic Partnerships - negotiate and build strong relationships;Knowledge Sharing - contribute to a collaborative, expert-driven environment;Ad-Hoc Requests - tackle unique challenges from the Group.What we expect from you:5+ years of experience in payment solutions, PSP operations, or fintech.2+ years of experience in a managerial roleUnderstanding of payment infrastructure, risk management, and compliance regulations (PSD2, AML, PCI DSS).Experience working in companies with a subscription-based business model.Proven experience in structuring complex business challenges, conducting market and competitor analysis, and driving data-driven decision-making.Strong expertise in financial modeling, business case development, and performance analytics.Ability to build and optimize business processes, improving operational efficiency and scalability.Experience in leading cross-functional projects, collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.High-level communication and negotiation skills, ability to influence and drive business decisions.Nice to have:Experience in management consulting (Big-3, Big-4, or other top-tier firms).Background in high-growth tech companies or venture-backed startups.What we offerA unique product ecosystem.
