Company Overview A pre-launch global healthcare technology marketplace building a verified trust platform for cosmetic dentistry—connecting patients with vetted cosmetic dentists through digital smile design, integrated financing, and outcome-based reviews. The company operates in a fast-paced, remote-first, data-driven environment and is currently building its core leadership team ahead of launch. Mission Overview This is a hands-on COO role with heavy Sales ownership during the initial launch phase. Until launch and early scale, the COO will personally drive outbound sales to hit aggressive dentist acquisition targets. Post-launch, sales execution will gradually be delegated to SDRs and Sales Managers while the COO shifts fully into operational scale and leadership. You will both run the business and close deals. Key Objectives & Metrics - Pre-Launch / Launch (Sales-Led Phase): - Sign 20–30 cosmetic & implant dentists per week - Reach 1,500 verified dentists by March 1, 2026 Post-Launch (Operational Scale): - Support growth to 10,000+ patients - Build repeatable, scalable systems across sales, onboarding, and operations Key Responsibilities - Sales & Outreach (Primary Responsibility Pre-Launch) -Personally execute high-volume outbound sales to cosmetic and implant dentists -Make 50–100 calls per day -Execute LinkedIn, Instagram, and email outreach (50+ touches/day) -Run 20–30 discovery calls per week Close 20–30 dentists per week (target 40%+ close rate) -Sell dentists on platform value, trust verification, and patient acquisition Build and document: -Sales scripts -Objection handling -Outreach sequences -Qualification frameworks -Hire, train, and manage 2–4 SDRs once volume is proven -Business & Operations Leadership (COO Scope) -Run day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, tech, and support -Own and execute the 90-day launch roadmap Design and oversee: -Dentist onboarding & verification workflows -Patient–dentist matching operations -Internal SOPs across all functions -Manage and coach cross-functional team members -Track, analyze, and report weekly KPIs to founder -Translate strategy into execution with speed and accountability Required Traits & Competencies -5+ years experience in: -Operations leadership and B2B SaaS or professional services sales -Proven ability to sell $500–$5,000/month products (non-enterprise) -Strong outbound sales background with consistent quota overachievement (120%+) -Experience scaling a 0→1 startup or launch -Comfortable managing teams and being an individual contributor -Extremely organized, process-driven, execution-focused -Thrives in ambiguity, pressure, and fast iteration -Experience selling to healthcare, cosmetic, or professional service providers is a strong plus Skills & Competencies -Hunter-level outbound sales execution -Consultative selling to doctors and professionals -Sales playbook and process building Operational systems design (SOPs, workflows, KPIs) - Team leadership and performance management - Data-driven decision making - Clear, confident communication with founders and stakeholders - Ownership mentality — no task is “below” you Ideal Candidate Profile Previous Titles: COO (early-stage startup) Head of Operations with strong sales ownership Sales Leader who grew into operational leadership Account Executive / Sales Manager who later ran teams and systems Background: SaaS, healthcare, marketplace, or professional services Experience selling to dentists, clinics, or doctors is a major advantage Time - You will need to work for 8 hours per day from 4pm till 12am Leb time. - You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) 5 days a week. - Your days off will be on Saturday and Sunday -Unlimited days off with prior notice -Official holidays as per the Lebanese calendar.- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere. Compensation (Sales Phase) Base + performance-based incentives during sales-led phase Long-term upside aligned with COO leadership role post-launch(Final structure defined with founder) -Compensation : 2,000 - $2,500
