We're seeking a hands-on technologist with strong coding skills and deep knowledge of AI implementation for process improvement — someone who loves experimenting with AI tools, writing code to build practical solutions, and turning ideas into real productivity gains. This is not a research or academic role — it's a builder position. You'll spend most of your time coding lightweight internal tools, implementing AI-driven automations and workflows, and driving measurable process improvements across the company — including enhancing our risk models and risk-based decision-making.
