About the Role:
As Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing paid media strategies that directly impact business growth. This position is ideal for someone with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising accounts across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and/or TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
* Launch, manage, and scale paid media campaigns on Meta (FB/IG), Google (Search, Shopping, Display), TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
* Develop full-funnel strategies that cover awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
* Organize campaigns and ad sets to support scalability and high testing velocity.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
* Review performance at the ad, audience, and creative level to identify trends and growth opportunities.
* Optimize based on CAC, ROAS, AOV, CTR, CVR, and blended metrics such as MER.
* Create dashboards or clear reporting to share insights and guide strategic decisions.
Creative & CRO Collaboration:
* Work closely with the creative team to brief effective ad concepts, hooks, and visual directions.
* Recommend A/B tests for landing pages, PDPs, and ad variations informed by performance data.
* Support ongoing experimentation with ad copy, headlines, UGC vs. static creatives, and more.
Platform Expertise & Tooling:
* Remain current on platform updates, algorithm changes, trends, and best practices.
* Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Amazon Ads Console, Triple Whale, or comparable platforms for attribution and performance tracking.
Qualifications:
* 3–4 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns (DTC, Amazon, or agency-side).
* Demonstrated history of achieving key performance targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC ratio, etc.).
* Proficiency with at least 2 of the following: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads.
* Solid grasp of full-funnel media strategies and attribution complexities.
* Comfortable working with tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Nice to Haves:
* Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Post Purchase Surveys.
* Background in the home, wellness, or beauty niches.
* Basic familiarity with Shopify or product feed management.
What Success Looks Like:
* Launching and scaling profitable campaigns that meet CAC, ROAS, and MER targets.
* Building and maintaining a robust testing roadmap, with insights applied across multiple brands.
* Partnering effectively with creative and content teams to produce scroll-stopping ads.
* Taking full ownership of performance, from strategic planning through reporting.
* Proactively introducing new ideas and adjusting strategy in response to platform changes or performance trends.
