We believe great work can happen anywhere and we’re building a culture that supports deep focus, high trust, and flexibility across time zones.About the RoleOwn security across protocol-layer components (L2, bridge, custody)Act as the final gatekeeper before code hits mainLead threat modeling, design reviews, and mitigation planningWrite critical patches and drive hardening when bandwidth is limitedMaintain security CI tooling: sig-verification, SAST, fuzzing, secrets scanningReview 100% of protocol-relevant PRs and enforce automated checksRun secure coding workshops and pair-program during critical sprintsInterface with auditors and bounty researchers to scope, triage, and fix issuesAuthority to block merges or deploys on security groundsDirect commit access for emergency fixesWhat We're Looking For in You5+ years in security engineering with hands-on software experienceStrong background in Rust, Go, or SolidityDeep knowledge of threat modeling and real-world exploit pathsExperience owning or maintaining CI-based security automationComfortable leading security without direct org ownershipBonus: protocol-level blockchain experience, audits, bounties, or custody systems
