Publishers trust Magellan AI to grow ad sales with intelligence and performance measurement, drive content acquisition, and streamline ad ops.We're hiring Measurement Success Managers to help clients track results and maximize value from their podcast campaigns. This is a US-based, fully remote role.What you'll do:Respond to client questions through email and support channelsSet up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishersMonitor performance and troubleshoot issues before they affect reportingLead Zoom trainings to help clients navigate the platform and understand their campaign performanceBuild spreadsheets that simplify complex datasets for reporting and insightsSupport QA efforts to make sure the data going to clients is accuratePartner with the rest of the team to improve processes as our client base growsWhy this role matters:You’ll help marketers understand their podcast campaign results and feel confident in the reporting that guides their planning. You’ll join a tight-knit team with direct exposure to our founders and a mix of client-facing and analytical work. You’ll build strong Excel and Google Sheets skills along the way.
