Envision Promotions is a U.S.-based partner marketing agency working with trusted family, retail, and consumer brands. We are seeking a highly experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to own and optimize our HubSpot system and drive effective email outreach. This role requires deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise, including building targeted lists for outbound email campaigns, managing pipelines, and creating dashboards that clearly show performance. Reliability, trust, and follow-through are critical. What You’ll Do * Own and manage HubSpot CRM end to end. * Build and maintain targeted contact lists for email outreach. * Execute and optimize outbound email campaigns with measurable results. * Create and manage pipelines, dashboards, and reports. * Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and workflows. What We’re Looking For * Advanced, proven experience using HubSpot CRM. * Strong experience building outreach lists and running email campaigns. * Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized. * Comfortable working independently and owning results.
