We’re looking for a motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter (English/Spanish) with sales experience to join our team. Position Overview As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for our sales team. Your role is critical in driving revenue and creating opportunities. Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to homeowners from provided leads. - Qualify prospects and identify interest in impact windows and doors. - Schedule appointments for sales representatives. - Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email. - Maintain accurate notes in CRM. - Meet and exceed daily/weekly booking targets.
