Nice to Have - Experience with medical devices, diagnostic instruments, or clinical decision-support platforms. - Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, and EHR integrations. - Experience with data replication, offline synchronization, or device-connected applications. - Familiarity with X.509 certificates, OWASP ZAP, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and security remediation. - Experience with Selenium, Azure DevOps, or regulated software development and release processes. What We Offer - 100% remote work, with candidates based in Latin America preferred. - Full-time, long-term B2B contract. - Direct collaboration with a U.S.-based engineering team. - An opportunity to lead the development of healthcare technology used in clinical environments. - 10 paid U.S. public holidays. - Vacation and sick leave are unpaid. Security and Compliance Requirements Due to the sensitive nature of the platform and its healthcare environment, the engagement includes the following requirements: - Use of an SRS-provided computer with required Microsoft security settings. - Criminal background check before engagement. - Completion of annual HITRUST security training. - Virtual home-office security assessment, including screenshots of home-network settings.
