Responsibilities

Niuro is an agentic hiring platform that connects US companies with top engineering talent in Latin America. We are hiring an AI Operations & Growth Lead: an AI builder with a business mindset who owns solutions from problem to measurable result. You will: - Build, deploy and improve AI systems, agents and workflow automations for real operational needs. - Analyze processes, find bottlenecks and ship improvements in efficiency, quality or throughput. - Own client delivery, service levels, issue resolution and communication with US clients. - Track KPIs, measure impact and prioritize by business outcome. - Spot account growth opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations. You bring: - Around 3 to 5 years in AI operations, automation, engineering or research (flexible for exceptional candidates). - Proven experience building AI systems and agents, and designing workflow automation. - Systems thinking and bottleneck analysis. - Client delivery and SLA experience, plus commercial judgment. - C1 English for US client work. Computer, mathematical, industrial or process engineering backgrounds, PhDs and startup experience are welcome. Nice to have: custom agent skills, MCP and API integrations, agent memory design, AI evaluations. Remote from Latin America, full-time contractor.
