Responsibilities

We're a small Canadian marketing and ecommerce team hiring a part-time remote VA. The role has two halves: (1) Shopify support: product uploads, listing drafts, store hygiene checks, order tracking and handoff notes. (2) Admin support: invoicing, billing tasks, email triage and general day-to-day items. Pay: C$40/week during a two-week trial, then C$50/week, task-based, paid every two weeks via Wise. Part-time to start, with room to grow toward full-time for the right person. You do well here if you: have real Shopify admin experience, write clear English, give honest status instead of guesses, and document your work so someone else can pick it up. We train on our exact process; we expect accuracy over speed at the start.
