This critical position offers the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact across different business functions at Greenlight.This role reports to the Senior Manager, Security GRC & TrustAs a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help administer and support the technology stack that supports Billing, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Expenses, Travel, Sales, Marketing, and more (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, FloQast, Workiva, Snowflake, ZIP, etc.). You will collaborate with teams across the organization on implementation, automation, and operational initiatives that support the company's growth.Your day-to-day:Support and maintain the Business Systems function at GreenlightApply growing systems knowledge (NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issuesConfigure and support solutions (i.e. automations, IPaaS, etc.) that improve billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E operations, ensuring alignment with business requirementsContribute to Month End and Quarter End processes, and help bring efficiencies to business processes through systemsHelp optimize business processes and workflows by supporting integrations and automations across Business SystemsAdminister and maintain business systems (NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, etc.), supporting optimal performance and alignment with business goalsPerform daily business systems administration duties, including user and role maintenance, configuration maintenance, and integration maintenanceExecute and support IT General Controls (ITGC) initiatives, including (but not limited to), access review, procedural documentation, business system change management, etc.Document system configurations and system processesCollaborate with global IT team members to support business systemsPartner with the Security team to help strengthen the security posture of business systemsContribute to system enhancements and share feedback to support ongoing improvementWhat you’ll bring to the team:7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analystNetSuite Administrator Certification preferredWorking knowledge of SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalkExposure to the SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub)Familiarity with NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plusSome experience integrating NetSuite with other financial and business systems, or a strong interest in learningExperience supporting other financial systems that perform billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functions is a plus (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio)Exposure to global or multi-entity system environments is a plusUnderstanding of ITGCs and exposure to SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environmentsFamiliarity with core accounting processes such as order to cash, procure to pay, and record to reportExposure to agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and LucidChartAccounting or Finance background is a plusExposure to no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., StackSync, UiPath) is a plusHave experience with using AI to enhance and optimize accounting, finance, and business systems process is a plusStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues and support solutions from design to implementationA proactive attitude with a desire to learn new skills in a flexible, fast-paced environmentWork perks at Greenlight:Medical, dental, vision, and HSA matchPaid life insurance, AD&D, and disability benefitsTraditional 401k with company match and Roth IRAUnlimited PTOPaid company holidays and pop-up bonus holidaysWellness & professional development stipendsMental health resources1:1 financial plannersFertility healthcare100% paid parental and caregiving leave, plus cleaning service and meals during your leaveFlexible WFH, both remote and in-office opportunitiesFully stocked kitchen, catered lunches, and occasional in-office happy hoursEmployee resource groupsOur stance on salaries:Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more.
