The organisation works with leading AI teams and industry experts to strengthen AI capabilities across specialised domains, including healthcare and clinical decision-making.As part of its AI training and evaluation initiatives, the company is engaging experienced healthcare professionals to contribute their clinical expertise to the development, review, and assessment of advanced AI systems.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to support an AI training and evaluation project focused on advanced clinical practice, patient assessment, diagnosis, and care management.The successful candidates will apply their hands-on clinical expertise to create and evaluate realistic patient scenarios involving differential diagnosis, diagnostic testing, treatment planning, acute and chronic disease management, and patient care decisions.This role requires strong clinical judgment, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure clinical outputs are accurate, practical, evidence-based, and aligned with current standards of care.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESClinical Scenario DevelopmentDevelop expert-level clinical scenarios for AI training and evaluation.Create realistic cases involving complex patient histories, symptoms, examination findings, and diagnostic results.Develop accurate reference solutions and structured evaluation criteria.Ensure scenarios reflect real-world primary and acute care practice.Patient Assessment & DiagnosisDevelop and assess scenarios involving comprehensive patient assessments.Evaluate clinical reasoning and the development of appropriate differential diagnoses.Review patient histories, physical examination findings, and clinical presentations.Assess the accuracy and relevance of diagnostic decisions.Diagnostic Testing & InterpretationDevelop scenarios involving laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic investigations.Evaluate the appropriateness of diagnostic orders based on patient presentations.Assess the interpretation and clinical application of diagnostic results.Ensure diagnostic recommendations support safe and evidence-based patient care.Clinical Management & Treatment PlanningCreate and review scenarios involving pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment plans.Assess approaches to acute and chronic disease management.Evaluate treatment recommendations for clinical appropriateness and patient safety.Develop scenarios involving patient discharge planning, referrals, and follow-up care.AI Evaluation & Clinical Quality AssuranceReview AI-generated and expert-produced clinical outputs for medical accuracy and quality.Identify gaps, errors, unsafe recommendations, and weaknesses in clinical reasoning.Apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards.Verify that patient scenarios, diagnostic data, and treatment plans are realistic and aligned with current clinical practice.Calibration & Continuous ImprovementWork with senior reviewers to refine tasks and incorporate calibration feedback.Participate in revision cycles to improve the quality and complexity of assigned tasks.Ensure consistent alignment with project guidelines and quality benchmarks.Escalate complex clinical or evaluation issues through the appropriate review process.Deliver assigned work within agreed project timelines.REQUIREMENTS3–8 years of experience in advanced practice nursing within primary care, acute care, or related clinical settings.Must have actively practiced as a Nurse Practitioner within the last 3 years.Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) licence.Relevant national board certification, such as:Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) Or equivalent relevant certification.Strong expertise in:Comprehensive patient assessmentDifferential diagnosisDiagnostic test ordering and interpretationClinical management planningPharmacological and non-pharmacological treatmentAcute disease managementChronic disease managementExperience preparing advanced clinical documentation such as SOAP notes, diagnostic workup plans, clinical management plans, discharge summaries, or referral consultations.Strong clinical reasoning, analytical, and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.Must be located in an approved U.S. state.Preferred QualificationsExperience creating clinical cases, assessments, training materials, or evaluation frameworks.Previous experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, or quality assurance.Strong familiarity with evidence-based clinical guidelines and current standards of care.
