BlueMojo Solutions is looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Help Desk Functional Consultant to join our team for a remote opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead functional implementation and support of Oracle HCM Help Desk.Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and business stakeholders.Configure HCM Help Desk, Service Requests, HR Help Desk and related workflows.Design and configure service request types, categories, queues, priorities, statuses and assignment rules.Configure HR Help Desk workflows, approvals, routing and notifications.Work with HR teams to define and optimize employee support processes.Configure employee self-service and HR service delivery capabilities.Support integration with Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related applications.Analyze functional issues and provide effective solutions.Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment and post-go-live support.Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts and user guides.Conduct workshops, demos and training sessions for business users.Work closely with technical, integration and reporting teams.Provide production support and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues.Recommend process improvements and Oracle HCM Help Desk best practices.Required Skills8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Help Desk.Experience in HR Service Delivery / HR Help Desk implementations.Strong knowledge of Help Desk configuration and service request lifecycle.Experience with queues, categories, assignment rules, routing, approvals and notifications.Strong understanding of employee self-service and HR support processes.Experience working with Oracle HCM modules such as: Core HR, Workforce Structures, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll – preferred, Talent Management – preferred.Strong requirement gathering and solution design experience.Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations.Exposure to REST/SOAP APIs, HDL, HCM Extracts and OTBI is a plus.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently with business and technical teams.PreferredOracle HCM Cloud implementation experienceHR Help Desk / Service Delivery expertiseExperience in large enterprise/global implementationsStrong client-facing and workshop facilitation skillsInterested candidates can share their updated resume at: sai.b@bluemojosolutions.comBluemojo Solutions Pvt Ltd
