In this role, you will work closely with marketing, engineering, product, design, and customer reliability teams to build exciting new features that support the Parsley Health mission. You will take ownership of technical design, solutions, and initiatives, and lead an amazing team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in front-end frameworks, web services, data languages, and relational databases. You should be passionate about our mission to live healthier through revolutionary primary care and have an entrepreneurial mindset in venture-backed growth-stage startups. Responsibilities: - Take ownership of technical design, solutions, and initiatives by working directly with executives and the product team to build features or brand new applications for Parsley’s patients - Build modern, beautiful web applications that shape our members’ experiences, empower doctors and health coaches, and support our internal team - Work closely with our Design teams to design, spec and estimate new projects and features - Lead an amazing team of engineers and mentor team members - Foster high code quality, security and set best practices - Ideate with the leadership and product team to identify solutions to key initiatives or user problems
