As a Project Manager at Valkyrie, you will play a key role in managing new and ongoing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be an integral part of Valkyrie's algorithmic infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Motivate and lead department teams to deliver efficient and effective projects - Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, objectivity, and ongoing analysis and documentation of projects - Facilitate standup, planning, and retrospective meetings - Report on project progress and risks to the executive team - Monitor all project deliverables and deadlines and ensure expectations are met - Confirm projects are progressing proficiently and that any roadblocks are identified and addressed promptly - Incorporate time management principles into the workflow - Integrate appropriate project management tools and processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Convey information to all key stakeholders and determine the appropriate communication channels - Collaborate with traders, quants, and technology teams to understand their requirements, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks - Delegate responsibilities appropriately when needed
