Responsibilities
🟢 Requirements:
• Demonstrated expertise with Websphere Commerce.
• Commerce Composer and Widgets.
• Expertise in Web user interface design.
• Web programming skills, software requirements, software architecture, software development fundamentals, object-oriented.
• Design (OOD), Software debugging.
• Strong technical leadership, written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience with Atlassian tools including Jira, confluence, and Bitbucket in fast-paced agile scrum environment required.
🟢 Responsibilities:
• Translating business requirements to design documents and development of functionalities end to end.
• Designing and developing product description page using commerce composer.
• Creating new widgets and extending OOB widgets.
• Developing custom Rest APIs for member, order module to retrieve additional data required to display in the checkout and member pages.
• Deploying portal artifacts (Web applications, pages using XML access and portal admin console)
• Maintaining and enhancing custom REST/SOAP web service calls to services for tax (CTE), shipping logistics (WSL), regulatory fees (WSR) and pricing (EZPRS).
• Solr Search.
• Customization of IBM commerce search.
• Working with agile methodologies.
• Working with online order management & payment processing online.
• Deploying the J2EE components (EAR/WAR/JAR) in IBM WAS 6.x./7.x/8.x using application assembly tool (AAT), WAS admin console, shell/Jython scripting.
