The GV Growth Labs is a unit within the company that focuses on developing new ideas and products, working across the brands to identify and drive explosive growth. This is a one-year comprehensive trainee program designed to provide you with a 360-degree experience in the world of e-commerce. Throughout the program, you will be exposed to various facets of e-commerce, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in areas such as digital marketing, customer acquisition, data analytics, product development, and more. Our goal is to equip you with a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, empowering you to drive success in this dynamic field. Responsibilities: - Develop new customer acquisition channels to drive profit growth for our existing brands. - Generate new ideas to grow the existing brands. E.g. make a Twitter ad that looks like an organic Tweet, physical mail with a gift card to high net worth zip codes, etc... - Execute on new unproven ideas where you will need to figure out everything from how it works to how to measure the success. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. - Stay curious and up-to-date with industry trends, news, and ads from competitors to discover new potential revenue streams.
