The role involves coordinating projects across the organization, managing resources, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of project management experience, familiarity with project management tools, and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. Responsibilities: - Set up project file organization - Play an active role in the project process from concept to delivery - Develop project timelines and ensure the team is tracking toward important milestones - Provide support to the team including scheduling meetings, internal check-ins, drafting and posting meeting notes, and communicating assignments and deadlines - Follow up with the team to ensure task deliveries remain on schedule - Ensure client and internal teams are up to date on project status - Proactively communicate the status of deliverables with key external stakeholders - Lead smaller projects with minimal supervision and support the team on larger programs of work - Assist with hiring and onboarding - Run operational and logistical efforts - Organize and coordinate staff functions and activities - Produce weekly and monthly company KPI reports
