Job Title: Tenant Operations Coordinator
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range: 2500 to 4000 USD / month (based on skills, experience, and performance)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Sagan represents a third-party commercial property management firm that oversees a portfolio of buildings, handling tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease management. Their operations team plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and property owners.
Position Overview:
The Tenant Operations Coordinator serves as a critical point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams. We’re looking for someone who is hungry, smart, coachable, and an excellent problem solver. While experience in commercial property management is a plus, we value mindset, communication, and critical thinking above all. You will handle a variety of operational tasks, from coordinating maintenance to managing high-volume inquiries, all while ensuring tenants' satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound tenant requests and provide outbound solutions.
Communicate with vendors and property teams to coordinate maintenance and resolve issues.
Manage a high volume of inquiries while maintaining thorough follow-ups.
Track and prioritize a large, ongoing to-do list to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Maintain detailed records in Yardi Voyager and internal systems (training provided).
Provide excellent customer service, including de-escalating difficult tenant situations.
Qualifications:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); accents are welcome as long as speech is clear and easy to understand.
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
Coachable and eager to learn quickly.
Comfort with technology; ability to learn Yardi Voyager, Microsoft O365, and OpenPhone.
Previous experience in customer service, operations, or property management is beneficial but not required.
Nice-to-Haves:
Spanish proficiency (many tenants are Spanish-speaking).
Experience handling commercial leases.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing terminology.
Familiarity with insurance terminology (e.g., additional insured, waiver of subrogation).
