Creative director at WYN Solutions

This is an on-site position, the candidate will work in Medellín city. Responsibilities: ● Conduct brainstorming sessions, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative. ● Distill abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant, creative solutions. ● Take responsibility for creative vision and quality across team members who work under them. ● Pitch ideas confidently and present creative vision clearly, and communicate to members of the creative team. ● Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee a creative team. ● Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. ● Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas and detail within creative briefs. ● Assist team as needed. ● Other initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements: ● You should be able to understand and produce all written and spoken forms in English and Spanish. ● Five or more years of creative direction experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with marketing agencies and direct response advertising. ● Ability to understand brief requirements and develop a creative brief that matches client goals. ● Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients. ● 3+ years leading marketing or advertising teams. ● 5+ years of experience with design, motion graphics or video editing. ● Reel with designs and/or motion graphics, including direct response commercial work. ● Proficient in Adobe Products. ● Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to manage projects and people under tight deadlines.
