Axyde is recruiting an Industrial Digital Twin Technical Lead to help establish a new delivery capability—and lead its initial anchor engagement if secured and funded.Our immediate pursuit involves an equipment-dense industrial site exceeding one million square feet. We need someone who has personally led industrial reality-capture, scan-to-BIM or engineering as-built programs through customer acceptance.The technical scope connects laser scanning, survey control, point clouds, Revit, Plant 3D, P&ID-linked information, asset data and reliability analytics. You would shape the integrated approach, evaluate specialist partners and lead technical delivery—not personally perform every discipline.The intended funded role offers $200,000+ annual W-2 base salary, benefits and substantial, clearly defined incentive compensation. Remote-based, with frequent site travel during funded delivery.Upfront transparency: the opportunity is not yet awarded or funded. It begins with a bounded, at-risk consulting engagement—anticipated at 40–80 hours over approximately four weeks. Initial compensation and the start of funded employment depend on customer award and Axyde’s receipt of the specified customer payment. If those conditions do not occur, the initial work may receive no compensation.
