The role will own the **payments strategy, product, partnerships, operations and growth**, working across the broader digital payments ecosystem to build scalable, secure and high-performing payment solutions. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the **end-to-end payments business and strategy**. - Lead payment products across **UPI, cards, wallets, payment gateways, merchant payments and digital payments**. - Drive payment **TPV/GMV, revenue, growth, margins and customer adoption**. - Build and manage relationships with **banks, payment networks, regulators, merchants and strategic partners**. - Lead payments product, operations, technology and commercial teams. - Drive payment innovation, scalability, reliability and cost optimisation. - Ensure compliance with **RBI regulations, KYC/AML, payment security and risk requirements**. - Identify new payment opportunities, partnerships and monetisation models. - Own strategic initiatives across India's rapidly evolving **FinTech and digital payments ecosystem**. ## What We're Looking For - **12–20+ years** of experience in payments, FinTech, banking or financial services. - Proven leadership experience managing a **large-scale payments business or platform**. - Deep understanding of **UPI, cards, wallets, payment gateways, merchant acquiring and digital payments**. - Strong experience across payments strategy, product, partnerships and commercial growth. - Strong understanding of **RBI regulations, payment risk, compliance and fraud prevention**. - Excellent stakeholder management and commercial leadership skills. - Experience building and scaling high-growth FinTech or payments businesses. ### Preferred Expertise **Digital Payments • UPI • Payment Gateway • Payment Aggregation • Merchant Payments • Cards • Wallets • Acquiring • FinTech • Banking • RBI • Payment Networks • Fraud & Risk • KYC/AML • Payment Technology** **If you have built or scaled a high-volume payments business in India, we would like to hear from you.**.
