This is a candidate-facing role — you are the first point of contact for the talented individuals who make our placements possible, and you take that responsibility seriously.You'll own a designated geographic territory, proactively building and maintaining a strong bench of qualified household candidates. You'll work closely with your Regional Manager and partner with a team of Hiring Services Specialists in your region to deliver thoroughly vetted, top-tier talent for active family searches.This role is not client-facing.
