Clients retain full ownership of their domains, ad accounts, CRMs, and data.Role Description The Appointment Setter role at FlowrateIQ is a commission only, remote position focused on converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled meetings or booked work. $50 per qualified call that books and shows, $500 when one becomes a client. No cap on earnings. In this role, the individual will contact leads promptly via phone, email, and messaging tools, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments in alignment with client availability and internal workflows. The Appointment Setter will maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems, follow up on missed calls and unresponsive leads, and help nurture past customers identified in existing spreadsheets or databases. Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling skills, with the ability to manage calendars and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including identifying, qualifying, and following up with prospective customers from various channels.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage leads clearly and professionally across phone, email, and messaging platforms.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, and a focus on delivering a positive experience for each contact.
Comfort working with CRM and scheduling tools, and the ability to keep detailed, accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment while meeting response-time and appointment targets.
Prior experience in an appointment setting, inside sales, or customer support role is preferred.
Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup suitable for frequent calls and online communication.
