What You’ll Do Every Day:
Manage the Field Network: Oversee our daily schedule of subcontractors and field technicians. You are their main point of contact, ensuring they show up on time, follow our SOPs, and complete jobs perfectly.
Continuous Network Expansion: Work hand-in-hand with our recruitment team to constantly vet, onboard, and plug new subcontractors and technicians into active regions to keep up with our high volume.
Own Customer Communication: Be the professional, empathetic voice of the company for our clients and customers. You’ll handle scheduling updates, follow-ups, and resolve any issues with a high level of care.
Real-Time Problem Solving & Rerouting: When a technician gets stuck, a truck breaks down, or a job runs over, you step in. You will quickly reroute jobs, adjust schedules in the CRM, and make sure no customer is left hanging.
Proprietary Systems Management: Live inside our custom CRM and internal platforms to track job progress, verify completion photos, sign off on technician payouts, and keep the data 100% clean.
What We Need From You:
Super Crisp, Clear English (No Accent): This is a non-negotiable requirement. You are the premium face of our brand. You will be speaking with high-value US customers, property managers, and field technicians daily. Your communication must be flawless and confident.
High-Volume Operations Experience: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You have experience managing moving parts—ideally in dispatching, logistics, field service management, or high-volume project management.
Proprietary Software & CRM Mastery: You are highly tech-savvy. You can navigate complex CRMs, communication tools (Slack, Loom, WhatsApp Business), and learn custom proprietary software quickly.
Thick Skin & Problem-Solving Brain: In field operations, things change fast. You don’t panic when a schedule breaks; you instantly find a solution, reroute the team, and keep moving.
