About the roleLeavitt Group Central (LGC) is seeking a motivated and service-oriented Digital Personal Lines Producer to join our team remotely. As a representative of LGC, you will provide clients with expert guidance, accurate quoting, and dependable support while helping them make informed insurance decisions. This is a commission sales role, with a strong emphasis on building trust, cross-selling, and creating a positive client experience.Job ResponsibilitiesGuide leads and prospects in making informed decisions by providing helpful, accurate adviceFollow company sales and service proceduresFinalize quotes and hand off sold business to the Account Manager teamUnderstand and apply knowledge of carrier products, underwriting guidelines, policy forms, and rating systemsDevelop new business by quoting in a timely manner, preparing proposals, completing required documentation, and binding with carriersAchieve new business, cross-sell, and up-sell goalsAttend team meetings and participate in ongoing professional developmentQualificationsMust be bilingual in English and SpanishActive Property & Casualty insurance license required1+ years of experience in personal lines sales or service preferredStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build rapport and communicate effectively with prospects and clientsOrganized and capable of managing multiple priorities and timelinesSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with strong initiativeAble to interpret policy documents, customer contracts, and other insurance formsComfortable with calculations related to quotes, commissions, and discountsCompensation & Benefits$20–$24/hour, depending on experienceCommissions earned on new business and cross-sellsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchHSA and FSA optionsPaid vacation and sick leaveWellness program and professional development opportunitiesAbout Leavitt GroupLeavitt Group is one of the largest privately-held insurance brokerages in the U.S., with over 275 locations across 28 states.
