The Compliance team is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs to ensure companywide compliance and high-quality results for Liveops clients and Independent Agents.As a Compliance Specialist, you will continuously monitor business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations and ensure operating manuals and procedural documents stay current when regulations change. You will support research, analysis needs, identify trends, and propose compliance solutions to the team.The Qualifications We’re Looking ForAssociate degree or equivalent years’ experience.At least 2 years of Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Audit or Risk experience, preferably in the call center industry.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and statistical analysis; familiarity with SQL, SharePoint, or Tableau is a plus.Proficient with the full Microsoft Office Suite, with strong computer literacy.Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting abilities. You will need the ability to analyze data and in return, prepare timely reports on your findings.Operate automatously. We give you autonomy to be creative in your space and do your thing. We need an individual that is self-motivated to get the work done well.Build team rapport. You need the ability to coordinate and brainstorm cross-functionally with team members while remaining an individual contributor to the team.Detail-oriented with experience in ensuring consistent documentation of work.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Works well in a time crunch.
