You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-Eligible Psychiatrists. If you don't see a job posting in a state you are actively licensed in, please feel free to apply.What you’ll doSimultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of careReceive support throughout your shift from a 24/7 access center that triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfully treat each patientDirect and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersUtilize a collaborative care approach within your partner’s healthcare treatment teamWhat we’re looking forBoard-certified or board-eligible PsychiatristUnrestricted, independent licensureEstablished and updated CAQH and FCVS profilesExperience providing psychiatric care to all age groupsTreating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settingsCommunicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent careExperience working with multiple EMRs at the same timeAdvanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealthThrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environmentInterested in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modalityPassionate about the mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technologyPosition logistics100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityLikely required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses; Array supports that process and covers the costs and/or reimburses out-of-pocket expensesCompensation and benefitsThe pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour.
