Plan Left LLC is looking for a Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across digital, print, and video for both Plan Left and our clients. This role is focused on developing designs for social media, website content, digital advertising, and presentation decks, while also supporting print materials and basic video editing needs.Key Responsibilities:Design high-quality visuals for social media, websites, digital ads, and presentation decksCreate print-ready materials such as flyers, brochures, and marketing collateralEdit and produce basic video content for campaigns and brand useDevelop visual assets for website content and landing pagesTranslate creative briefs into clear, on-brand designsCollaborate with marketing and content teams in a remote environmentManage multiple projects and meet deadlines within a part-time schedule (~10 hrs/week)Revise and iterate quickly based on feedbackProfessional Competencies:Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and branding consistencyCreative problem-solving with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visualsAbility to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a part-time, remote setupAdaptability in a fast-paced, agency-style environment with shifting prioritiesStrong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed teamOpenness to feedback with a fast iteration mindsetHigh level of accountability and ownership of deliverablesAbility to work independently while maintaining alignment with team goalsOrganized and process-driven, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAwareness of current design trends and best practices across digital and printQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experienceAgency experience preferred, with a diverse portfolio across multiple brands/industriesStrong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and video workExperience in video editing, print design, and creating assets for websites, digital ads, and presentationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar toolsSolid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principlesStrong time management and ability to work independently in a remote setupExcellent communication skills and responsiveness
