In this role, you will be responsible for performing various accounting, administrative, and data entry tasks to support Paragon’s operations and services.Job Description:Review and post payments received through various channels and accurately apply towards open balances in the company’s systemInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies such as duplicate payments, overpayments, incorrect allocationsHandle direct communication with customers and internal team members to assist with incoming inquiriesHandle office administrative duties related to incoming and outgoing mail needsQualifications:Ability to work within a team to achieve customer and company goalsAbility to learn and efficiently work in numerous systems and applicationsAbility to handle competing priorities and changing deadlinesAbility to handle numbers accurately, reconcile differences and review financial dataSelf-motivated and strong attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAssociate’s degree or equivalent work experience desiredPrevious experience within an office setting preferredPrevious experience in an accounting environment preferredCompensation and Benefits: $20-21 per hour (DOE)Benefits package with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage options401(k) retirement plan option with company matchingGenerous paid time off policy and 7 paid holidays Weekly pay401(k) plan with company matching and immediate vesting We look forward to you joining the team!
