Panorama is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who is ready to build. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. We want a strategic operator with a builder's mindset who sees recruiting as a function ripe for reinvention. You'll own hiring strategy and execution across the company, and you'll have the mandate (and the runway) to rethink how we attract, engage, and hire exceptional people.We want a leader who gets energy from solving hard problems, who is excited by what AI can unlock for a modern recruiting org, and who is just as comfortable architecting strategy with the executive team as they are running a search for a critical hire. You'll need to balance reinvention of how we work with keeping the experience human where it matters most. If you've ever looked at a recruiting workflow and thought "there's a faster, smarter way to do this and a better outcome on the other side," we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoOwn hiring strategy and execution across the organization, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent aligned with Panorama’s mission and values.Build the team. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing TA team that punches above its weight.Be a true partner to the executive team. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with senior leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting, and organizational design.Run searches that matter, personally own full-cycle recruiting for our most critical and senior roles.Reinvent how we recruit with AI. Identify where AI and automation can eliminate repetitive work, sharpen sourcing, accelerate screening, and free our recruiters to focus on what actually moves the needle, prioritizing building relationships and candidate experience.Build scalable systems. Design and continuously improve the processes, tools, and tech stack that let us hire faster and better as we grow.Make decisions with data. Define the metrics that matter, track them rigorously, and let the numbers guide where you double down and where you change course.Raise the bar on candidate experience. Every touchpoint should reflect what Panorama stands for. We want candidates, even the ones we don't hire, to leave the process as fans.Tell our story. Develop and strengthen employer branding so the best people in the market know who we are and want to work here.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For8+ years direct/adjacent experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 4 years leading TA teams or functionsA track record of owning and scaling recruiting strategy in a fast-growing organizationA builder. You see broken processes and fix them. You see manual work and automate it. You see a blank page and start drawing.Existing AI fluency, with the desire and commitment to build deeper AI expertise that reinvents recruitment processes and practices, and the judgment to know where it helps and where it doesn't.Strong people leadership chops, with experience developing recruiters into senior recruiters and senior recruiters into leadersComfort operating at the executive level — partnering with, influencing, and pushing back on senior leaders when it mattersDeep, hands-on full-cycle recruiting expertise; you've closed hard hires yourself, not just managed others who didA data-driven instinct.
