Medtronic is Looking a Contract Analyst to support our capital contracting programs and help drive strategic initiatives that improve performance and compliance. This role combines analytical thinking, contract administration, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure data accuracy, resolve complex contract issues, and deliver insights that support executive decision‑making.Based remotely in Bogotá, you will work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and information systems to maintain contract integrity, enhance reporting, and strengthen business performance.What you’ll do:Support the administration and management of capital contracts, addressing issues related to standard and nonstandard agreementsMaintain contract and compliance processes for pricing and contracting portfoliosConduct statistical analysis of sales data to support accurate reporting and growth initiativesPartner with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to provide access to contract portfolio analyticsServe as a liaison between commercial teams and information systems to ensure data accuracy across platformsPrepare and deliver ad hoc reports and insights for business reviews, executive leadership, and audit activitiesWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in sales operations or a related roleStrong Excel and data analysis skillsFluent English (B2–C1)Experience with CRM or ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle is a plusSQL knowledge is a plus
