We’re looking for candidates based outside of the United States, but able to work United States East Coast time zones.🚧 What You’ll DoOwn follow-up workflows for stale, underpaid, and unpaid claimsManage paper EOB intake, organization, and posting workflowsPerform check reconciliation and validate payment accuracy against remittance dataInvestigate discrepancies between billed, paid, and expected reimbursement amountsCoordinate with billing, credentialing, and operations teams to resolve revenue issuesAssist with payer communication via phone, portal, fax, and email🧠 Who You AreBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsBackground in a call center or high-call volume rolesAt least 3 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or revenue cycle managementExperience with US-based health insurance companies, commercial and governmentStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in MS Office and business systemsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
