We work with advertising agencies and brands across North America, and while we're a small team, we're an established and growing business with a fantastic roster of clients and partners.Who we’re looking for:We’re looking for a Post Producer with experience in the advertising industry, someone who understands agency relationships, client service, creative workflows, feedback rounds, project scopes, and the pace of commercial work.The right person will be highly organized, proactive, great with people, and excited by the opportunities that come with a growing business. This isn't a role where you'll be responsible for just one small piece of the puzzle. You'll have a meaningful impact on our clients, our projects, and the future of the company.More than anything, I'm looking for someone who wants to help build something. Someone who enjoys the variety, ownership, and opportunities that come with being part of a small but growing business.Long-term, I'd love to find someone who wants to grow with us and become a key member of the executive team as we continue to expand.A few things that are important to us:Doing exceptional work while treating people with respectBuilding long-term relationships with clients and partnersCreating an environment where people can do their best work and continue growing professionallyRecognizing extra effort when it's needed (including paying overtime when evening and weekend work is required)This position is fully remote and includes health and dental benefits.
