Requirements and responsibilities

``` The Acquisitions Closer is responsible for converting warm inbound seller leads into signed purchase contracts for a US-based real estate wholesaling company. Key responsibilities: • Call and follow up with motivated sellers from our warm lead pipeline (no cold prospecting) • Conduct discovery calls to uncover seller motivation, timeline, and property condition • Build rapport quickly and handle objections with confidence • Negotiate purchase price using guidance from our dedicated underwriter • Lock up signed purchase agreements via DocuSign • Hit weekly KPIs: 2+ hours of talk time per day, 15 offers per week, and 4 signed contracts per month • Document all activity, notes, and next steps in our CRM (Podio) • Coordinate with the dispositions team for smooth contract handoff • Participate in daily standups, weekly sales reviews, and ongoing training • Maintain professional communication with sellers throughout the entire pipeline This is a closer seat, not a manager seat. The candidate's only job is to close deals — we provide the leads, the scripts, the SOPs, and the underwriting support. ```
