We're hiring a Relay Operations Manager to support the operational execution of rider supply, live operations, and support coordination. You'll be the operational backbone—ensuring daily operations run consistently across critical workflows, building sustainable processes, and acting as the primary point of contact between sourcing, rider pay, live operations, CX, and leadership. - High autonomy environment, make decisions within established frameworks. - Proactively identify and solve problems before they escalate. - Ensure flawless execution and surface insights that drive continuous improvement. - 5+ years in operations, logistics, or delivery/gig economy platforms with demonstrated ability to run execution independently - Team supervision experience with ability to drive accountability - Financial literacy and accuracy handling payments or incentives at scale - Problem-solver who sees what's broken and fixes it proactively - Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools
