At Mint Data, we help global companies turn complex web data into reliable, structured datasets for analytics, AI, and business decision-making.We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Data Operation Analyst to join our team and support the quality, scope, and delivery of our web data projects.This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the world of web scraping, data operations, QA, and analytics.In this role, you will:Research websites and understand their structure, content, and data opportunitiesEstimate collection scope, volume, and complexityCompare planned vs. collected data to ensure quality and completenessTranslate customer requirements into clear collection briefsSupport QA, SLA compliance, and performance-vs-plan reportingUse AI-assisted tools to improve research, validation, and documentationWe’re looking for someone with:Strong analytical and business mindsetExcellent attention to detailComfortable using Excel / Google SheetsClear written and spoken EnglishCuriosity about websites, data flows, and structured informationAvailability to work remotely with overlap in Colombia business hours
