The team is responsible for Outreach’s GTM compensation plan design, policies, and execution. The team operates as part of the overall People & Places organization, working together as champions of promoting an environment that aligns to the Outreach values.The RoleAs a Senior Commission Analyst on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate, consistent, and timely execution of sales compensation plans and processes. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate execution of the plans and identify opportunities for efficiencies. You will also support Xactly implementation through testing, provide coverage for other areas in Sales Compensation, and take on special projects. A strong understanding of compensation plan mechanics is essential to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company objectives.
