Responsibilities
A key client of BioTalent based in the North Rhine-Westphalia region of Germany are looking to onboard a Quality manager on a permanent basis.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, develop, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS)Create, review, manage, and update quality management documentationReview, assess, and track deviations, change controls, and CAPA activitiesPlan, monitor, and coordinate GMP training programmesSupport the planning and oversight of qualification and validation activitiesConduct reviews of analytical testing processes and documentationPrepare for and participate in customer audits, regulatory inspections, and internal self-inspectionsPartner with stakeholders across the organisation to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvementEligibilityDegree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, or equivalent qualificationAlternatively, relevant vocational training with at least 3 years' experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environmentStrong practical experience in Quality Management within a GMP-regulated settingSolid understanding of deviations, CAPAs, change control, validation, and compliance processesHigh level of quality awareness with a process-focused mindsetExcellent organisational skills with a meticulous and structured working approachAbility to balance attention to detail with understanding of the wider business processStrong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvementCollaborative team player with excellent communication skillsProficient in computer-based systems and digital ways of workingFluent German and English language skillsReach out to luisa.namadila@biotalent.com for more information.
