Be the voice people rely on. At CCS, we handle inbound calls for clients across industries and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping callers. We need communicators who are calm under pressure, quick on their feet, and take pride in leaving every caller with a great experience. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for a wide range of callers, handling everything from scheduling appointments and gathering information to answering questions and resolving concerns all while representing our clients with professionalism and care.During your first 90–180 days, you will access the CCS work environment using your personal computer.What You'll DoAnswer inbound calls professionally and on timeFollow client-specific scripts and proceduresGather and document caller information accuratelySchedule appointments and relay messages correctlyProvide callers with product and service informationProcess online reservations accuratelyMaintain quality assurance standardsStay current on all CCS client programs and accountsWhat We're Looking ForG.E.D. or higher education1 year of call center or customer service experienceComfortable navigating multiple software platforms simultaneouslyBasic understanding of computer hardware, software, and general systemsAbility to handle confidential information responsiblyStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of customer service principles and quality standardsAvailability20–40 hours per week.
