Sphere is expanding its U.S. customer-facing team and looking for an Account Manager, Tubing to support our growing aerospace and advanced materials business.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, managing commercial execution, and coordinating across global teams to keep complex orders moving smoothly.As our Account Manager, Tubing, you will take ownership of customer-facing account management for Sphere’s tubing business and actively manage a $50M+ USD Order Book.You will work directly with leading aerospace and space OEMs in the United States, while collaborating closely with our Korea-based teams across manufacturing, operations, and commercial functions.What You’ll DoServe as the primary customer-facing point of contact for Sphere’s tubing businessManage and support the existing $50M+ USD Order BookTrack customer needs, order status, commercial issues, and follow-up itemsLead sales and commercial pricing discussionsSupport demand forecasting, RFQ tracking, quoting, and customer response coordinationCoordinate schedule changes, manufacturing updates, and execution priorities with Korea-based teamsHelp maintain strong, smooth collaboration between U.S. customers and Sphere’s Korea-based operationsWho We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in account management, sales, commercial operations, customer success, or a related customer-facing roleExperience working with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, technical manufacturing customers, or industrial customersStrong communication, organization, and follow-through skillsCommercial judgment and negotiation capabilityExperience managing orders, RFQs, quotations, schedules, or customer requirementsInterest in aerospace, space, manufacturing, metals, tubing, steel, or specialty alloy industriesFluency in EnglishKorean language capability is a plusAt Sphere, you will have the opportunity to work at the center of U.S.–Korea commercial collaboration, gain hands-on exposure to aerospace materials manufacturing, and help support a fast-growing global business.
