As an IT Lead, Quality Applications, you’ll lead critical data operations, analytics, reporting, automation, and Quality system initiatives — driving efficiency, compliance, and data-driven decision making for Quality and Post-Market Surveillance functions globally.What You’ll Do:Lead end-to-end data operations supporting Quality and Post-Market Surveillance, including data intake, integration, cleansing, validation, transformation, storage, and reportingDesign, develop, and maintain operational and management reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support compliance, trend analysis, and business performanceTranslate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, automation workflows, and process improvementsProvide functional and technical support for key Quality applications, including TrackWise, Veeva, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Document Management Systems (DMS)Serve as a key liaison between Quality, Compliance, Regulatory, IT, and business stakeholders to align systems and data solutions with operational needsSupport system administration, issue resolution, enhancement requests, testing, validation, change control, and user supportDrive continuous improvement initiatives across data processes, Quality systems, and automationEnsure all data and system processes comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and other regulatory standardsDevelop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and documentationMentor team members and promote best practices in data management, reporting, and system supportSupport enterprise data transformation, governance, and integration initiativesWhat You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, or related fieldMinimum 8+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, reporting, business systems support, or enterprise data managementStrong experience supporting Quality, Post-Market Surveillance, Compliance, or other regulated business processesHands-on expertise with Quality applications such as TrackWise, Veeva, LMS, and Document Management SystemsProficiency in data integration, validation, quality management, workflow automation, and reporting toolsExperience working in GxP / regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, CSV/CSA, GAMP) strongly preferredExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business audiencesAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across global teams and time zonesWhy VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within.
