About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Creole Localization & SEO QA Specialist to ensure the quality of our localized website experience and identify technical issues that may negatively impact organic search performance.
Your main responsibility will be reviewing our local website domain, validating Creole-language content, and conducting technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting indexing, rankings, and user experience.
This role combines localization quality assurance, website testing, and technical SEO auditing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and test the localized website experience from a Haitian Creole user perspective.
- Verify translations, localized content, and overall multilingual user experience.
- Conduct technical SEO audits of the local domain and identify issues affecting organic visibility.
- Crawl and analyze website pages using SEO tools.
- Detect indexing, crawlability, metadata, internal linking, and content issues.
- Identify technical problems that may prevent content from appearing in search engines.
- Report findings clearly and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Validate fixes after implementation.
Required Qualifications:
- Native or fluent Haitian Creole (mandatory).
- Good English and/or Spanish communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or equivalent tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of how search engines crawl and index websites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Haitian national currently living in the Dominican Republic or extensive experience in the region.
- Previous experience in website QA, localization testing, SEO auditing, or digital marketing.
- Experience working in online betting, gaming, or sportsbook companies.
- Strong preference for candidates with previous experience at ParyajPam (Haiti) or Betcris (Dominican Republic).
