With deeply integrated AI and real-time data sharing across modules, we help practices scale, streamline operations, and improve outcomes.We’re a team of builders who believe healthcare deserves better software that is purposefully designed and efficient.We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive key initiatives across our platform. You’ll be responsible for translating customer needs and business strategy into product features that delight users and deliver measurable impact. This is a high-leverage role working closely with engineering, design, and our founding team.What You’ll DoDefine product strategy, scope, and roadmap for one or more product areas (e.g. RCM, workflow automation, clinical tools, or AI agents).Conduct discovery with healthcare practices to deeply understand user needs and pain points.Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring products from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback.Analyze usage patterns, success metrics, and operational impact to inform continuous improvements.Help shape the culture and processes of our growing product team.What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthtech or enterprise SaaS.Strong product instincts and UX sensibility—you care about both function and form.Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity about complex systems, and a bias toward action.Nice to HavesExperience building tools for providers or back-office staff in healthcare settings.Exposure to revenue cycle workflows, EMRs, or healthcare interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, FHIR).Familiarity with AI-powered product development.Compensation Range: $140K - $200K
